Introduction YangJie Technology recently launched a new package GBU-L, compared with the original package GBU, it optimizes the internal structure design, copper frame thinning innovation, in order to achieve the design cost reduction requirements. However, the performance of the product (conventional electrical property, high temperature performance, heat dissipation capacity) is not significantly different from the original product.

Products are widely used in home appliances, lighting, adapter power supply, two-wheeled electric vehicle charger and other markets.
Features 1. The product series covers 4A~15A, 50-1000V;
2. The use of innovative thin frame design, reduce copper consumption, reduce costs;
3. The internal structure is redesigned and optimized, the chip layout is more scientific, and the structural stress is less;
